Friends of West Shore

Welcome to
Friends of West Shore

Our little piece of seaside paradise is located on the beautiful North Wales coast on the quieter, wilder, more natural side of Llandudno. Our small seaside community is working together to keep our beaches and streets clean, protect local wildlife, and create a welcoming environment for everyone.

About Us

Who are we?

Friends of West Shore is a constitutional Friends Group established to develop and improve the public areas of the promenade and foreshore of West Shore in partnership with Conwy County Borough Council.

What do we do?

We involve local people and carry out and promote both environmental improvement, practical conservation and preservation. We achieve this by way of volunteer working groups and by raising funds and receiving contributions where appropriate to finance the work.

Where do we do it?

We meet every Monday (weather permitting) at 10am at the historic Tram Shelter at the junction of West parade and Gloddaeth Avenue next to The Lily public house.
